We print on demand, with product distributers worldwide. Most printing is fulfilled in the US.
Our printing to expected delivery time at the moment is 7-10 days.
Products are packaged cleanly and professional. We provide tracking numbers along with option to contact us for any questions or information.
Returns
All sent products are marked with the correct return address for your convenience.
To initiate a return, send the product back to the return address on your product's packaging. You pay for shipping, and we'll do the rest. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the product's delivery.
Then:
- Contact jjdrestorations@gmail.com to confirm you have initiated a return. With you, we'll determine the best method of making it right.
- If a return has been initiated within 30 days of the product's delivery, we can issue a refund or order replacement product(s) for you.
For returns outside the 30 day window, contact jjdrestorations@gmail.com and we'll work with you on a solution.
